Make a Reservation

You may reserve one or more rooms by phone or e-mail. We require a non-refundable booking fee of $100 at the time of reservation, which is subtracted from the total cost of your reservation. The remaining balance is due at check-in. We kindly accept cash, all major credit cards and PayPal.

Booking Minimums

We kindly ask that our guests book a minimum of two nights in our bed & breakfast. We only ask for a minimum three-night booking for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, the Pine’s Party, and the Ascension Party.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in begins at approximately 13:00 and check-out at 12:00; however, with prior notice, we are more than happy to accommodate an alternative check-in/check-out time for our guests.

Our Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation at any time. Excluding the non-refundable booking fee, there is no penalty fee for a timely cancellation (“timely” means at least five days before the reservation start date). All other cancellations are subject to the following penalty fee: $100 booking fee + half of the remaining reservation balance.

You may also reschedule your reservation at any time prior to the reservation start date. There is no penalty to reschedule you reservation.
